One TV-free day

I think the "One TV-free day" is not a really brilliant idea. As we know, television brings us a lot of advantages in our life. It gives us a lot of information, latest news, tutorials, and also entertaiments. Knowing the latest news is very important. It could be dangerous and fatal if you miss a very important news only in a day. For example your country is under attack, the government asked the citizen to gather in the evacuation center but you didn't go there because you don't get the news, could it get any worse?

And i think, the advantages you can get from television is actually bigger than the disadvantages you could get from it. A housewife could learn new recipes from the tutorials on the cooking show she watched, backpackers could get new destinations from the adventure shows, football fans could get watch their favorite football team,
Kids can study from educative shows like "1st rank" or "are you smarter than a fifth grader", and everyone could come to realization because of the religion shows they watch every morning.

And as a student, watching television also gives me advantages. I think it's one of the variation i can choose for realising stress, for refreshing, and also for relaxation. Because it can help me to watch my favorite artist more often, made me laugh over the jokes the shows made, get tutorials and inspriations, and also know the facts i've never heard before.

When i need to do my homework/ study until late at night, i often turn my tv on to accompany me and avoid me from becoming sleepy. And based by personal experience, i think watching tv together as a family, could make the family closer. Once the tv is turned on in my house, it will gather all my family members to watch the tv together, and takes us away from all of the business all of us had.

That's why actually, tv gives us a lot of advantages as long as people uses it in a normal dose so it won't give you disadvantages more the. Advantages. So, let's just be a smart watcher of television and take the postive things we could get from tv.

CAMPRT 2015

Last friday, #32016 went to Ranca Upas campground for camprt 2015. This camprt was held to fulfill the new terms to graduate from the 2013's curriculum.

All of us went there by the truck our school rent. There were 37 of us (all of my classmate) in the same truck, (one truck for one class). not all of us sat in the chair, some of us sat on the floor because we didn't have any space left but it was okay. I tried to sleep but trust me you won't be able to sleep comfortably because the truck shakes way too hard.

We arrived there at 12 o'clock and it was freezing. And then we took our heavy carriers and take it to the camp area. And then we built our tent, in only took 10 minutes until were done. And then we ate lunch while the boys were having jum'ah  prayer. My group ate baked chiken rice with mozzarella, Tharra's mom made it for us.

And then we gathered in groups to start the outdoor activities. One class is divided into 4 groups but we left class per class, so 4 groups left in a time. We got some challanges along the way such as putting bands on our friends, guessing codes, count a height of a tree, and others. It was fun, it made my class closer like a family because we help each other along the way to pass the slippery and muddy paths.

But to bad i didn't bring my phone so i didn't have much pictures. But the place was beautiful, the last area we passed was the field. My class took some pictures there, but we were not in the full team because thirza ran already because he is scared of frogs, and ochto ran already because he is scared of moss.

And then we cleaned our selves to get ready for the next agenda. My group cooked hainan rice for dinner. It was really good although it was instant, we ate it with floss and tiny salty fishes that was already mixed with sambal. (Teri balado)

And then the night agenda began. We turned on the campfire and every class performed. I thought the best performance was from the astrajingga class because they performed the drama really good. Farhan acted really good, ari acted really funny, and putu as the narator made the story feels like real, and he used different voices in telling the story. We also sang songs together, it was a great night.

And then we slept at 11 o'clock. But to bad i couldn't sleep, so i stayed awake until 5 o'clock. One of tent-mate snored loudly and there were gun voices, maybe some people played paintball in the middle of the night.

The next morning we woke up and have morning excercise and then we cooked milky cheese flavored noodle, it was really good.

It was a fine morning in ranca upas.

And then we played some games again, destroyed our tents, and went back home. It rained on the closing ceremony so our clothes became wet while going back to school from ranca upas.

But it was a good experience, it was my first time having camp. Thank you #CAMPRT2015!

Book Review: #88 Love Life by Riana Rikasari

#88 Love Life is a book by Diana Rikasari and it is illustrated by Dinda Puspitasari. This book is 12x18 cm in size (it is small) and made of 128 pages. It was published first on October 2014.
The background cover was shocking pink, and the caption was written in gold. From the cover, did it made you think what's special about this book?

Unlike the other books, this book doesn't contain fiction or non-fiction stories, (but this book contain really bit about the author's love story), This illustrated book is about the author's daily thoughts on her love and life experience. Uplifting, motivating, this book is essential to your daily #Whatsinsidemybag, so you will always feel inspired. Expect lots of good energy and beautiful illustrations inside this book.

this book really shows the character of the author, Diana Rikasari. Cheerful, colorful, and also unique.

In this book, the author's thoughts on life and love are converted to quotes, as you can see, here are some pages from the book

but my favorite page of the book is this one:

(the left page)

it says "i think success is a state of mind where we are simply happy because we are living a life we love."

this is a quote that i always put in my heart and mind, because in this life we don't always win, we don't always success, we don't always get what we want. And this quote lifts me when i am in that position. when i studied hard, but i didn't pass the test. i got upset but then i remember this quote, it makes me happy again because i remember about how hard i studied, and i knew and i felt like i have done my best, i knew i had succeed, i have succeed in my own way, and i am happy for that.

So yeah this book is really good, it brings positive vibes to those who read it, and for me it's inspiring and uplifting. i am now feeling motivated to be a better person than before, to always feel happy because of my decision, and not giving up in chasing my dreams, and do my passion.

Peace Needs Time

4 years ago when i was still in junior high school in Cibubur, i once had a fight with my friend, let's just call her "A".

A liked a guy (let's just name this guy "Thomas"). Me, A, and thomas were in the same class. Thomas was a close friend of mine, we talked often because we were in the same school bus also, but actually all i talked to him was just asking "hey, when will you tell "A" that you love her too?". But "A" didnt know this.

Day by day, everybody started talking about "A", they said "A" hated someone so much until she posted about it in her blog. One day i decided to read her blog, the post was full of bad and unpolite words. She said that "The girl she hated" took Thomas from her, blablablabla. She said she prayed "this girl" won't pass the naxional exam, blablabla. And all of the bad words were also there, so uncomfortable to be read.

Became curious, i decided to ask to her best friend about that person she hate, and her best friend said it was me. I got really shock, because i knew i've done nothing wrong, and she was always a friend of mine, i always helped her to stay close to Thomas but how could she did this to me?!

That day i cried, yes because it was really heartbreaking. I was angry because she could call me with those unpolite words without seeking for the truth first, judging me without knowing the fact about what i was talking with Thomas everyday.

And that i posted on my blog, it was my reply to hers. Explaining about everything i talked to Thomas, and how hurtful i am to be called like that. I shared the link at my bbm status, for just 5 minutes... And then i deleted it. And suddently all of her squad/ gang sent me messages, one by one, asking for apology, i think they were also scared because i also said in my blog "i hope you guys don't pass the national exam too" :)) hahaha.

And then at night, "A" sent me a message too, at last. She said she was really really really sorry, she said "i was really cruel i don't mean to", she also said "what can i do for you so you can make me your friend again?" But too bad i was too hurt that time. I wasn't mad, but i was really really hurt, i dont talk to her like for.. A year? I didnt take a look at her face, i never reply her smile. I was too hurt and i need time to heal myself.

And since i moved to Bandung and studied in this school, guess what? we became best friend because we were the only ones from cibubur that continue studying in Bandung hahaha silly isn't?

So from my story you can know that peace needs maturity, and peace needs time. Peace needs to be spreaded slowly and spreaded in a good way, and it will live in everybody's soul by itself. At simple as that :)

Gamarvani

Gamarvani was my school's cultural festival. It was held on September 19th, 2015 in Bali field. It started at 7.30 with a cultural parade, but i came there at 2 o'clock because i had to study at daniel first.

This is Gamarvani's poster

It was designed by my friend, Azka. Gamar means trip, vani means moon. So Gamarvani means a trip to the moon. Gamarvani was all about a girl named Nyi Anteh, she was a maid of a princess in a palace. Nyi Anteh and the princess was really close, until one day a prince came to purpose The princess but he fell in love with Nyi Anteh once he found her beautyness. The princess became mad and shooed Nyi Anteh from the palace, so Nyi Anteh became sad and live in the village. Time flies, Nyi anteh has built a family, so do the princess, she has married with the prince, and now she felt guilty for shooing Nyi Anteh. So she came to the village and asked Nyi Anteh to come back to the palace, Nyi Anteh agreed but with one condition, she may brought her family to the palace. So Nyi Anteh and her family lived in the palace, but unexpectedly, the prince, who had married to the princess, keeps chasing for Nyi Anteh. So Nyi Anteh ran, ran, ran, and prayed to god to save her from the prince. God answered her prayer, she was brought to the moon with her cat.
Every day, Nyi Anteh knit a scarf to came back to earth because she missed her family, but her cat always broke it. So she will never find ther way back to earth.

This story was performed by Tiloe's theatre and it was really good!

And this story was also shared each day before Gamarvani from it's instagram account @Gamarvani and it's line account.

There were also food trucks in Gamarvani, there are calais, and kabut salju also!

And then we were amused by the wayang's performance, KV 3

Adera

And at last, Hivi! Hivi's performance was really good. They were all handsome & beautiful, they sang really good, me and aul can't stop jumping, and Ezra waved at us. Altough it was hot and crowded, The lightning was really good. They looked really happy performing at Bandung. "Bandung itu adem", they said.
They sand their top songs such as "Indahnya Dirimu", "Curi-curi", "Orang Ketiga", "Siapkah Kau Tuk Jatuh Cinta Lagi", and their last song was "Mata Ke Hati". It was closed by firworks. Tons of thumbs for the committee, Gamarvani 2015 was so cool!
